ACT 5: “System Error or Superpower?”

The diagnosis was not a judgment. It was the decryption of my source code.
For years, I thought my brain was a messy room where someone was constantly flicking the light switch on and off. The erratic energy, the deep melancholy of the "gray filter" (Act 1), and then that hyper-focused passion that swallows whole nights. In the traditional working world, this was labeled as "unreliable" or "difficult."
Then came the realization: I am not a defective standard PC. I am running on a completely different operating system.
The Neuro-Diverse Audit
Together with Anna Marton, I brought this reality to the stage. We call it the “Neuro-diverse Audit.”
Dr. Dr. Nenning is the “Symptom Surfer.” I speak about Executive Dysfunction—the irony of being able to plan a global SDG ecosystem (Act 4) while failing to manage the dishes in the kitchen.
Prof. Dr. Dr. Marton is the “Architect.” She provides the scientific depth: why neurodivergent people are the “Innovation Fire Brigade.” We are the ones who smell the smoke before the fire breaks out, because our sensors are tuned to a finer frequency.
From Stigma to Strategy
In the show, we utilize a “sensory lab.” We let the audience control the lights via an app, we hand out weighted blankets, and we demonstrate: Inclusion is not a charity project. It is an economic necessity.
When companies learn to properly deploy their “Neuro-Sparks” (where ADHD meets Autism), they create teams that solve problems where standard structures break their teeth. My own life is the proof:
My ADHD is the engine behind Ideas for the Austrian Startup-Ecosystem
My Hyper-focus is the foundation for 18-page high-performance manifests (Act 3).
My Versatility is the glue that connects Sales, Tech, and Urbanism.
The Neuro-Support Package
We’ve stopped just talking about it. We are building tools. The “Safe Sync” feature in my Sales App (Act 6) is rooted right here: it triggers dopamine rewards for those tasks that a neurotypical brain does “just because,” but which cost us immense strength.
I am not successful despite my brain. I am successful because of it.
Reality Check Box: Where are you still trying to force a round peg into a square hole? Which part of your behavior that you’ve labeled a "mistake" could be your greatest superpower in the right environment?
The Final Act: Act 6. “Sales for Future – Closing the Loop.” How all these experiences—from the country boy to the Neuro-Surfer—flow into a technology that changes the world.
Daniel Nenning: The Symptom Surfer & Source-Code Hacker
Neurodivergence as the Operating System of the Future.
Daniel Nenning is not a patient. He is a living laboratory. For a long time, his life was a cluttered room where the lights flickered to the beat of a bipolar disorder—oscillating between the "gray filter" of deep melancholy and the hyper-focused light-speed of ADHD.
Today, he knows: The diagnosis was not a sentence. It was the decryption of his source code.
Daniel steps boldly into the public eye to flip the narrative. He is living proof that neurodivergence is not a "defect," but the fire brigade of innovation. He is a "doer" who might struggle with the kitchen dishes, but simultaneously designs global ecosystems (SDG-X) and summons 18-page high-performance manifests out of thin air.
Ambassador of the Spectrum: Through the “Neuro-diverse Audit,” he brings neuronal diversity to the stage. He shows that people on the spectrum must not merely be tolerated, but celebrated like our "daily bread"—as a vital, brilliant part of the core of society.
From Stigma to Strategy: He uses his erratic energy as the motor for Startup Network Austria and transforms executive dysfunction into technological solutions. His focus is on hacking the hardware of the working world so that neurodivergent talents can reach their full potential.
Architect of Inclusion: Daniel builds tools like “Safe Sync” to bridge dopamine reward gaps. He is successful—not despite, but because of his unique wiring.
Daniel is a role model for a new era. He challenges us to stop pressing round shapes into square holes. He is the curator of a lifestyle that views neurodiversity not as a charity project, but as the ultimate secret weapon for a world that needs new solutions more than ever.
